Levi's Stadium is in Santa Clara, not San Francisco, so for out-of-town fans the best seat in the house starts with a room nearby. Here are the remaining 2026 regular-season home games and a simple plan for the day.

- Sunday, November 8: vs. Las Vegas Raiders, 1:05 p.m.
- Sunday, November 29: vs. Seattle Seahawks, 1:25 p.m. (Thanksgiving weekend)
- Sunday, December 13: vs. Los Angeles Rams, 1:25 p.m.
- Sunday, January 3, 2027: vs. Philadelphia Eagles, 5:20 p.m.
Times are Pacific. NFL kickoff times can change, especially late in the season, so check the official 49ers schedule (https://www.49ers.com/schedule/) before you book.
A simple game day plan
- Morning: sleep in, then make breakfast in your kitchenette instead of waiting in a crowded brunch line.
- Two to three hours before kickoff: head to the stadium. It is about 8 minutes by car from El Camino Real on a normal day, but game traffic builds early.
- At the stadium: check levisstadium.com (https://www.levisstadium.com/) for the clear-bag policy and gate times, and buy parking ahead if you are driving.
- After the game: let the traffic clear. Grab dinner along El Camino Real, or wait it out at the stadium.
Make a weekend of it
- Pair the November 29 game with opening weekend of Christmas in the Park in downtown San Jose.
- Tour the Winchester Mystery House or walk the gardens at Mission Santa Clara on the morning before a late kickoff.
- California's Great America is right next to the stadium, but check its calendar, since it does not open every day.
